Our Response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The past few weeks have brought tremendous change to our country as we all work together to prevent the spread of COVID-19. In these times of uncertainty, the expectations placed on each one of you are constantly changing and increasing in magnitude, which can be stressful and confusing. 

Here at Colorado Concrete Repair, we understand the severity of the situation at hand and the effort our clients are putting into stopping the spread of this disease. As such, we want to make sure we are matching that commitment level and taking all necessary steps to do our part in reducing the impact of the novel coronavirus. 

We are minimizing in-person estimates whenever possible and our installation teams are maintaining large distances (often 20-50 ft) from each other and other personnel. Although you will receive the same high-quality customer service and results that you’ve come to expect from Colorado Concrete Repair, some processes will look different during this time of uncertainty. We created the following FAQ to help clarify exactly what working with Colorado Concrete Repair will look like in the coming weeks.

ARE YOU OPEN?

Yes, we are open! Please check our current business hours (listed below), as they may have changed to accommodate social distancing principles. We can meet via Skype, Zoom, or FaceTime virtual meetings instead of face-to-face in most cases.

WHAT ARE YOUR CURRENT BUSINESS HOURS?

Mondays through Fridays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

CAN WE GET A PROJECT COMPLETE SAFELY?

Yes, often we can perform an estimate without going onsite, using pictures and video. Our installation team normally has distances much larger than 6 ft from people. Typically we are 20-50 ft away from other people.

WHAT ACTIONS ARE YOU TAKING TO KEEP ME AND MY COMPANY SAFE?

During this time of unprecedented change, we realize that you are working hard to protect yourself, your family, and your coworkers. As an organization that cares deeply about the well-being of our customers, we have also implemented new policies and processes that conform to CDC guidelines. The following steps are some of the biggest changes we have made in response to COVID-19:

  • Performing routine cleaning and disinfecting of equipment and commonly used surfaces, as well as strengthening cleaning efforts of at-risk areas
  • Providing gloves, masks, and/or other appropriate personal protective equipment to our employees 
  • Communicating the importance of proper hand-washing techniques and personal hygiene habits to our employees
  • Advising employees who feel ill or show symptoms of COVID-19 to stay home from work 
  • Keeping a 6 ft distance from others

WHAT ABOUT YOUR STAFF?

Just like our customers, our staff is of the utmost importance. The protective measures above, especially the emphasis on hygiene and the provision of personal protective equipment, ensure the safety of not only our customers but also our highly-trained staff. Our estimating team can wear a mask to the estimate and will maintain social distancing.

CAN PAYMENT BE COMPLETE FROM A DISTANCE?

Mailed checks and ACH payments, which are our normal methods, are excellent to minimize potential spread.
