We are specialized in both exterior and interior sealing. Leave the hard work to us. Making sure you get what you pay for and more, is our priority.

The Colorado Concrete Repair Advantage

When you choose us for your concrete sealing project, you can be sure you won’t be left alone. Each phase will be evaluated and each decision will be taken together, starting from our initial meeting. We want you to feel comfortable and trust that the job will be done just as you want it.

Exterior Concrete Sealing

The Colorado Ready Mixed Concrete Association (CRMCA), recommends to seal all exterior concrete surfaces to protect them from weather exposure and water. We specialize in maintaining stamped concrete patios, walkways, and large driveways or outdoor areas.

The Process

  1. We first wash or grind (based on the size of the area) your concrete to remove tough contaminants, stains, oil and chemicals.
  2. We seal the surface using an acrylic sealer:
    • Water-based Acrylic Sealers have a more natural, drier look.
    • Solvent-based Acrylic Sealers have a glossier, darker, wetter look.
***This is the preferred sealer to use for stamped concrete.

How Do You Know if Your Stamped Concrete Needs to be Resealed or Restained?

Due to the constructive nature of stamped concrete, it might be difficult for you to understand whether it needs to be re-sealed or re-colored. In this case, having an expert help and guide you, can save you a lot of money.

Here’s a simple test you can do to see if you need your stamped concrete re-sealed or re-colored.

The Water Test: a quick, surefire way to know how to deal with your stamped concrete “aging” problem.

  1. To simulate what your concrete will look like with new sealer, simply spray or pour water onto the concrete.
  2. Now look at the surface:
    • If at this point it still looks good, then your concrete is a great candidate for re-sealing. An acrylic sealer is great in this case.
    • If you don’t like how it looks, then you may need a re-color.

Penetrating Sealer. Efficient and Safe.

When it comes to normal concrete, penetrating sealer is a great, affordable solution to extend the life of your surface. Our sealers protect concrete from water and chemicals without altering the aspect of the surface. They don’t make it slippery and potentially dangerous and last much longer than their topical counterparts.

INTERIOR CONCRETE SEALING

The Process

Depending on the size of your surface, we will choose the right option for you.

Wash and Seal: When working on larger areas like warehouses (10,000 sq. ft. and up), we usually deal with fairly flatter and level surfaces. Our wash and seal process is perfect to provide you with a cleaner, lower maintenance surface.Think about all the time, mess and money a neat and cleaner surface can help you save!

Grind and Seal: Smaller areas are generally less uniform and even than larger ones. It’s important to grind the concrete before applying the sealer. This method will give you a glossy and brighter looking surface.

If you need a higher performance coating and want a brilliant look, epoxy is your go-to solution.
