Pool Deck Services in Denver, Colorado

A NEW POOL DECK COATING FOR A MOUNTAIN RESORT AND SPA!

A WINTER PARK RESORT’S POOL DECK MAKEOVER, SEPTEMBER 4-9, 2016. Devil’s Thumb Resort and Spa has a beautiful pool and so many other amenities for families, couples, and people of all ages and places in life. Their pool in particular is expansive and has a beautiful view of Colorado’s majestic mountains. We were delighted that they chose us to repair the pool deck’s concrete surface and apply our resort pool deck coatings. We were able to save them time and energy by giving them a final product that should last them years to come! Our sandbroadcast pool deck system is perfect for commercial properties, resort and spas, HOA’s, and even some residential properties. HOW DO COLORADO CONCRETE REPAIR’S RESORT POOL DECK COATINGS DIFFER FROM OTHER COMPANIES? When you work with us, you are in good hands. Besides all of that though, we use top of the line materials and are extremely diligent in our prep work, as well as in the finishing steps. Our sandbroadcast system uses locally sourced, beautiful and natural Colorado quartz, however there other quartz options from which to choose. […]

COMMERCIAL POLISHED CONCRETE WITH BLACK DYE

MIZU, DENVER HIGHLANDS CONTEMPORARY JAPANESE RESTAURANT, POLISHED CONCRETE FLOOR LOOKS STYLISH AND IS EASY TO MAINTAIN   COMMERCIAL POLISHED CONCRETE FLOORS ARE TAKING OVER…OUR STORY RECENTLY… August 2016 we polished a restaurant floor for a new sushi restaurant opening in the Highlands, Denver, CO. The client chose a polished concrete with black dye to show off the beautiful and upscale style of the restaurant. The floor had mastic, or glue, on the surface that we had to remove before we started polishing. Then, we polished the restaurant floor with a traditional 800 grit polishing system and cast black dye into the concrete. We are proud to say that our client is happy with our work and even wanted us to fix up a concrete wall that he had behind the bar area. We love giving our clients the look they desire. Commercial polished concrete floors are durable, easy to clean, beautiful, and long-lasting.   Polished concrete is a great flooring option for several different purposes: schools, auto shops, warehouses, car show rooms, retail shops, museums, and just about anywhere you can think […]

Stamped Concrete

LARKSPUR, CO STAMPED CONCRETE RESEAL

STAMPED CONCRETE RESEAL. IS IT RIGHT FOR YOU? Earlier this week, we restored a Larkspur home’s stamped concrete front entrance and back patio by doing a stamped concrete reseal. In this situation, the stamped concrete needed to be recolored and resealed; it had been left in the Colorado weather conditions to fade away. When we arrived for our estimate, we found that it had lost its color and its sheen, which is common for stamped concrete when it is not sealed every one to two years. This decorative concrete is a beautiful option, but it must be protected. That’s where your Colorado Concrete Repair stamped concrete sealing experts come in! This project in total only took us 3/4 of a day from beginning to end. We washed the concrete, stained it where needed, and resealed it. As you can see from our video footage, the before and after pictures, show you it all. The benefits of choosing a professional to reseal your stamped concrete are as follows: Colorado Concrete Repair professionally washes the stamped concrete with a pressure washer. Often […]

GARAGE FLOOR SYSTEM

FIRE RED EPOXY GARAGE FLOOR SYSTEM IN DENVER NEIGHBORHOOD Are you looking for a new look for your garage?! We have the solution for you! Just last week we finished a garage floor system in a nice Denver neighborhood. The home owners are working to renovate their garage, where they play mini hockey games with their children, store their outdoor gear, and park their cars. They chose our garage floor system in 1/8″ Firebrick epoxy chip, which goes particularly well with their stucco and brick house. Once we were done, they told us they loved the new look. All they need to do next is paint the walls!   WHY CHOOSE US TO HELP YOU REVAMP YOUR GARAGE FLOOR? Traditionally garage floors get a lot of wear and tear, and over time you may find that your concrete floor that was once beautiful and new, deteriorates. If your concrete garage floor is at the point of spalling, or chipping at the surface, showing aggregate beneath, it is time to call us! We’ll first make sure your garage floor is a […]

OFFICE RENOVATIONS AND POLISHED CONCRETE

POLISHED CONCRETE WAS THE IDEAL NEW FLOORING SOLUTION FOR GROENDYKE TRANSPORT IN BRIGHTON, COLORADO. WHY DID THEY CHOOSE POLISHED CONCRETE FOR THEIR FLOORS AS PART OF THEIR OVERALL FACILITY RENOVATIONS? Colorado Concrete Repair was able to give Groendyke Transport an industrial polished concrete floor in their renovated office space next to the truck washing and maintenance stations in Brighton, Colorado. We just wrapped up this project, which involved removing the existing tile and carpet flooring, as well as polishing the concrete. Our crew finished the job by the deadline, so that new office furniture could be moved in and the office team members could work back in their renovated office (and out of the temporary one they had setup). Polished concrete was an optimal option for Groendyke because they wanted to make the space brighter and they did not want to invest in a flooring that would come off over time. When we finished the project, the owner mentioned that the rooms were so much brighter with the polished concrete floor, and it had a clean look to it. He […]
